Shipping:
Originals: 2-5 business days to ship out. Packaged flat inside a box with padded protection and sealed inside a sleeve to prohibit moisture exposure during travel. All original artwork is shipped with a minimum of 3” of extra space on all sides to reduce chances of damage.
Prints: 2 - 3 business days to ship out. Size and type of print will determine the type of packaging. 8x10” or smaller is shipped flat inside a mailer while larger prints will be shipped rolled. Framed Fine art prints or Printed canvas will be shipped in a box.
Additional transit time. If you are ordering during holiday seasons, ship out and transit may take longer. If you are ordering internationally, transit may take longer due to distance and customs.
Return, Damages, etc:
Please send photographic evidence of damage. If accepted your damaged artwork will be replaced at no cost. Originals can not be replaced, but an arrangement can be discussed.
Gwendlyn Bell is not liable for any damages to the box or product during transit. Precautions are taken into consideration with packaging to ensure safe shipping if handled properly by the carrier.
