Returns, Refunds, and Replacements:

  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement you must provide photographic proof of damage to the product before one week of delivery. Otherwise your request will be denied. 

  • Replacements will be sent at no cost to the customer.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email Gwendlynbell@gmail.com within one week of delivery to discuss a resolution.

Shipping:

Packaging:

  • Stickers: Shipped with a 5x7” envelope cased in a plastic sleeve to protect from humidity and water damage, filled with a thin board for bend resistance. Stickers wrapped in glassine paper to protect and preserve the artwork during shipment.

  • Prints: Prints 8x10” and under are securely packaged into stay-flat mailers while larger prints are securely packaged into tubes.

  • Originals: Originals are shipped in a box with a minimum of 3” along all sides of the artwork. The artwork itself is glassine wrapped with glassine corners inside of a plastic sleeve to protect from humidity and water damage. After this it is sandwiched between two foam boards, centered in the middle. These boards will also have a minimum of 3” on all sides of the artwork. The last step is attaching the certificate of authenticity, rolling 1-2 films of bubble wrap around the foam boards, and taping it snug. The box is taped with 2-3 strides to ensure it is closed securely.
