• You will be sent an email by Gwendlyn Bell once your waitlisted email reaches the top.

• Desired Artwork, Description of artwork, Expectations, timeline, and pricing will be discussed. Upon agreement a contract will be built.

• Once the contract is built, emailed, signed, and the $20-50% non-refundable down payment is fulfilled then the creation of your commission will begin.

• A sketch will be made. 1-2 revisions of the sketch is allowed.

• An outline on drawing paper/canvas will be made. 1 revision is allowed.

• ½ Polished artwork review - no revisions available.

• Polished artwork completed. Review.

• After completing the payment in full (commission price + any shipments and/or copies) you will receive the commission as ordered on the contract.

All Artwork will be drawn in Gwendlyn’s art style. Example: not realism, not another artist’s style.

• 200-500 words and up to 2 reference images to describe your ideas for the commission. Sending references of other artist’s work is not acceptable.

• Gwendlyn Bell will not commission inappropriate or s**ually suggestive content.

• Gwendlyn Bell is not required to post the commissioned artwork online. 

• If the commissioned artwork is posted online, Gwendlyn will not tag or share your name without permission.

• Cost of a commission does not include shipping or prints

• Cost of prints will be included in shipping. 

• Payment installments are prohibited.

• A refund is NOT available for the down payment. (20-50% of the total price).

• A refund IS available for any undamaged original artwork sent in the mail. Replacement is not applicable, but other arrangements can be discussed. 

• A refund IS available for undamaged artwork mailed back to Gwendlyn Bell. The refund process will not begin until the artwork has been assessed.

• Refund or replacement IS applicable to digital copies, fine art prints, and metal prints. Proof of damage required

• If you are disappointed-dissatisfied upon completion and do not pay in full you will not receive any form of the artwork in the mail or a digital copy

• Gwendlyn Bell is not responsible for shipping costs.

• If you do not pay for Licensing: The commissioned artwork rights belong to Gwendlyn Bell. 

• Licensing is official permission to own the artwork for yourself. Use it for an album cover, business cards, and more.

• Choose what the artwork can be used for, where, and for how long.  

• Cost: Flat fee of $200-500 added to total commission price. If you purchase a licensing commission you will receive the original artwork, a 600 DPI scan, and 1-3 digital copies in desired sizes, and all rights to the artwork. (Unless otherwise specified).
