1. Payment & Photo Submission
Once payment is received, submit the photograph you would like Gwendlyn to use as the reference for your sketch.
2. Creation & Turnaround Time
Gwendlyn will complete your sketch within 3–5 business days of receiving payment and your photograph. If illness or unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, you will be notified. Please allow additional time in these situations.
3. Digital Delivery
Once your sketch is complete, you will receive an email containing a scanned image of your finished artwork.
4. Original Artwork & Prints
Would you like to hold your artwork in your hands? If you're interested in receiving the original sketch or a physical print, please specify this via email after receiving your completed sketch. Additional costs for printing and shipping will apply.
5. Multiple Sketches
Purchasing multiple sketches using the same reference photograph is welcome! Each sketch is individually created by hand, making every piece unique. Please understand that variations, whether subtle or significant, are a natural part of the artistic process.
6. Acceptable Imagery
Artistic nudity is welcome. However, sexually explicit or provocative imagery will not be accepted. If a submitted photograph is deemed inappropriate, the commission will be declined and your payment refunded.

Artwork Licensing & Commercial Rights
By default, all artwork and associated image rights remain the property of the artist, Gwendlyn Bell.
If you would like to use your commissioned artwork beyond personal enjoyment, you may purchase an additional licensing or copyright agreement.
The intended usage, distribution, and duration of the agreement will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the commissioned sketch.
A flat licensing fee will be added to the commission total, depending on the intended use
A licensed commission includes:
The original physical artwork.
A high-resolution 600 DPI digital scan.
1–2 additional digital copies in your desired dimensions.
The agreed-upon usage rights for the artwork.
All licensing terms and fees will be discussed and finalized before the commission begins.
